7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in Gloria, including software, features, and content, are owned by Google Chrome Operator or its licensors.
7.2 License: Google Chrome Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Gloria for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
7.3 User Content: You retain ownership of content you create using Gloria. By using the Service, you grant Google Chrome Operator a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
7.4 Feedback: If you provide feedback about Gloria, you grant Google Chrome Operator a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback without compensation.

8. LIMITATIONS AND RELIABILITY
8.1 Gloria is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8.2 Google Chrome Operator does not guarantee that:

Gloria will meet all your requirements

Gloria will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

Results obtained through Gloria will be accurate or reliable

Any errors will be corrected
8.3 Gloria may generate content that is incorrect, inappropriate, or misleading. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any information or suggestions provided.

9. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
9.1 Gloria may interact with third-party websites and services. These interactions are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
9.2 Google Chrome Operator is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
9.3 Your interactions with third-party services accessed through Gloria are solely between you and the third party.

10. LIMITS ON LIABILITY
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Google Chrome Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Gloria.
10.2 Google Chrome Operator's total liability for any claims related to these Terms or Gloria is limited to the amount you paid to use Gloria, if any, or £100, whichever is greater.

11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Google Chrome Operator and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Gloria and/or violation of these Terms.

12. MODIFICATIONS
12.1 To the Service: Google Chrome Operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue Gloria or any feature of the Service at any time without notice.
12.2 To the Terms: Google Chrome Operator may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms. Your continued use of Gloria after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. TERMINATION
13.1 You may stop using Gloria at any time.
13.2 Google Chrome Operator may suspend or terminate your access to Gloria if:

You violate these Terms

Your use of Gloria creates risk for Google Chrome Operator or other users

Providing Gloria to you is no longer commercially viable
13.3 Upon termination, sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
15.1 Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Google Chrome Operator.
15.2 Arbitration: All disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, except for disputes in which either party seeks equitable relief.
15.3 Class Action Waiver: Any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action.
15.4 Small Claims: Either party may seek relief in a small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdiction.

16. GENERAL PROVISIONS
16.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Google Chrome Operator regarding Gloria.
16.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary so the remaining Terms remain in effect.
16.3 No Waiver: Google Chrome Operator's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver.
16.4 Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without Google Chrome Operator's prior written consent. Google Chrome Operator may assign its rights without restriction.
16.5 Force Majeure: Google Chrome Operator will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control.
